Chao pesters the old man to turn her into her a girl, but of course the old woman isn't a witch and can't understand her. She gives her a pat while folding laundry, before promising to go get her some more sweet potatoes.
This is such a cute little cel, and I'm happy to add a cel of Granny to my collection, even if the top of her is cut off. It isn't anything particularly amazing, but I do love their interactions.
