The West Wind with Akuma-kun in her arms tries to out fly the faster Night Wind. She is caught in the Night Wind's domain and struggles here to break free.
The cel for this douga is a C layer as two upper layers of the Night Wind's tendrils fly rapidly across the screen, obscuring most of the characters. They are beautiful preserved in this douga however. I love the emotion in the West Wind's face here, her elongated neck and gasping mouth, and how delicately she still holds Akuma-kun despite the struggle to break free.
