This adorable cel of Nabiki is from the second to last episode of the TV series, episode 160, "Boy Meets Mom, part one" or in Japanese, "乱馬, ミーツ·マザー" I think this is why the cel appears to be of a higher quality than some other TV episodes, as the last two episodes are more of a nice finality. I think Nabiki looks extra cute here, with her hands beside her face as she does a cute little grin.
Of course the Kasumi layer is missing, but that's okay, since Nabiki is the featured item here. I decided to pair her with an unmatching, bright outdoors background to give some extra color to the piece.
Unfortunately, it didn't come with a douga.
