At the very start of this Unico movie, the Gods confer about how to deal with him. You can see in the subtitles here that they're not happy that Unico has the ability to make people happy. They believe that people should only be happy if they've worked hard for it.
When I saw these two god cels pop up for sale, I debated about whether or not I actually wanted them. My interests are definitely more toward the main characters. Ultimately, the price was good enough and the novelty of getting them was enough. I don't forsee myself having lots of God cels unless I pick up full sequences, but I am happy enough to add these two to my collection.
