This cute little cel of Ukyou and Shampoo comes from Ranma 1/2 OVA episode 11 "The Two Akanes! 'Ranma, Look at Me!" (二人のあかね『乱馬、私を見て！). Although the cel itself is nothing too special, I love that it's featuring both of them in their cute yukata. It's also my first (and probably only) cel of Ukyou. I don't intend to collect cels of either Ukyou or Shampoo, but this one became available at a really good price so I could resist picking it up.
I'm really starting to warm to the idea of Ukyou and Shampoo as a pair, actually. They tend to compliment each other well, if they could just get over Ranma!
The cel itself is in pretty good condition, but unfortunately it didn't come with a douga or background.
