Gorgeous cel of Nabiki undressing. This is from the somewhat hard-to-find "Tendo Family's Annoying Acquaintances" special (天道家のおよびでない奴ら!), which is a clip show narrated by Nabiki with some new matching footage featuring her around the Tendo house. Here she is undressing to take a bath when no one else is home.
Came with matching BG, douga and sketch. Douga is a key cel, not sure why the cel isn't marked as such. Since this special is somewhat rare I only have a VHS-quality screencap, which you can see here:
