At the height of its popularity, several women from the Ranma cast formed a music group called DoCo and released a couple of albums. Nabiki's voice actress Takayama Minami was included in this group. Several music videos were created for the songs, including a "Live" version of フクザツな両想いLive ("Mutual Love is Complex (Live)"). This cel is from the "live" music video of the DoCo members singing on stage to a live audience.
It's a beautiful cel, but unfortunately is completely stuck to the backing paper and includes no douga.
