Trunks walks through a city the Androids have recently destroyed. In this cel he's actually looking at a dead body on a B-layer.
Like many History of Trunks cels, there is significant line-fading, and also no douga.
The background is an original BG from the History of Trunks that I received with a different History of Trunks cel. ("Protector" in my History of Trunks collection. That also didn't match.) This background is from much later in the episode during Gohan's final fight, but I thought it complimented this cel well. I've included a screenshot of it from the show below, as in many ways it's more impressive than the Trunks cel I've paired it with.
